Citizens has a variety of ways to pay your premiums:Personal Lines policyholders can pay their premium payments 24/7/365 via the automated phone payment system. Call 866.411.2742 and choose the prompt If you want to make a payment by phone. There are English and Spanish options.The following information is needed to submit payment:
- The eight-digit policy number including the leading zeros. Do not include the leading letters included on the invoice or the term number after the dash.
- The property address ZIP Code
- Checking or savings account information
Notes:
- Payments must come from a U.S. checking or savings account
- Payments cannot be made for new-business submissions until the policy is issued.
You can use the online service, myPolicy to submit payment online by selecting the Pay Now option on the Account Summary screen. Select an invoice to pay or Select All to switch to a full payment plan. From there, you can verify the Amount to Pay and select Pay Now to begin processing your payment.

How Will I Get My New Credit Card Once It Has Been Renewed

Please be advised that effective September 1st 2018 the First Citizens Credit Card Centre will commence delivery of all credit card renewals to cardholders via TTPOST Couriers . As such, cardholders with credit cards expiring in September 2018 and thereafter will receive their renewals from TTPOST Couriers.
- Your credit card will be delivered in a sealed package via TTPOSTs secure mailing system to the mailing address lodged at the First Citizens Credit Card Centre.
- A SMS message will be sent to the cardholder advising of delivery via the mobile number lodged at the First Citizens Credit Card Centre.
- If no one is available to receive the sealed package, TTPOST will contact the cardholder via the mobile number lodged at the First Citizens Credit Card Centre at which point the cardholder can advise of an alternative delivery.
- To activate the credit card, the cardholder must contact the Credit Card Centre at 62-FIRST , select option #3, then select option #2 to speak to an agent who will facilitate the activation.
- Your credit card will be available for usage upon activation.
- This new method of delivery provides the cardholder with additional security and convenience. There is no need to visit the Branch, stand in line and wait to receive your credit card. There is a TT$30.00 fee for the provision of this service.
- The service fee will be charged to your credit card account upon renewal.

Citizens customer service notes it can take up to four weeks to process the balance transfer. Its also important to note that there is a fee for balance transfers. For the Citizens Bank Cash Back Plus World Mastercard, the fee is either $10 or 4% of the amount of each transfer, whichever number is greater. For the Citizens Bank Clear Value Mastercard, the fee is either $10 or 3%, whichever number is greater.
Remember, its important to continue paying minimum monthly payments on the designated accounts until the balance transfer payments appear as credits on the accounts. By requesting a balance transfer, it doesnt relieve consumers of their debt obligations or accruing interest.
