What Documents Will You Need To Get A Thailand Visa
You can expect to submit the items below to get your Thailand visa. However, you may need additional documents based on the type of visa you are requesting.
- Your Passport. This must be valid for at least six months past the end of your stay in Thailand. It must be signed and have at least one blank page marked Visas.
- One Completed Visa Application. Each consulate has their own application, so make sure you fill out the right one!
- Passport-Style Photographs. These should be no more than six months old, and should be different than the one in your passport.
- Your Flight Itinerary. This must show your name and your entry to and departure from Thailand.
- A Recent Bank Statement. The Thai government wants to make sure that you have enough money to support yourself during your stay. Your bank statement must show a minimum of $700 on deposit. For some types of visa, you might be required to show a higher balance.

Thailand Visa On Arrival Application Form
You must have a completed Thailand Visa on Arrival application form.
Download the PDF version of the Thailand Visa on Arrival application form from the Thai Immigration website. Print it on an A4 or US letter-size sheet of paper. Fill out the application form.
It is not mandatory, but if you can, paste or staple the photo in the Photograph area of the application form. If not, just hand over the photo along with the application form to the officer at the Visa on Arrival counter. They will staple it for you.
NOTEDo not worry if you cannot print your application form. Plenty of application forms are available at the Visa on Arrival counters. You can grab and complete the form at the Visa on Arrival counter at the airport or land border.

Applying For A Us Business/tourist Visa Thailand
Complete the required DS-160 online application form
The first step of the process is to submit your information as well as details about your purpose of visit or what is called the DS-160 form. You must fill in the sections for your US Tourist visa and then submit it online. The online form may take 45 minutes to an hour to complete so you have to be thorough when filling out the form. After you submit it, you will get a verification page and code which you need for your visa application packet.
Pay Visa Application Fee

Wait For Your Student Visa
The embassy will process your Thailand student visa application within five to 15 days. It may go longer, though, depending on the case.
Because of this fast processing time, students are cautioned from applying too early. The visa validity may expire right before your intended entry to Thailand.
